These Terms and Conditions relate to the sales of e-books on this site;
- The term “e-books” refers to electronic or digital editions of books, and includes EPUB, MOBI, AZW, AZW3, PDF, or any other electronic formats.
- By purchasing “e-books” through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with AA Books, 7919 Mandan Road #103, Greenbelt, Maryland, USA registered in the State of Maryland with registered number 5000000001067452.
- The Country of Merchant Domicile is the United States of America.
- Taxes, where applicable, at the appropriate rate, will be applied by the payment system.
- All works are copyright protected as stated at the beginning of each e-book.
- The ISBN for each format is also stated immediately below the copyright statement.
- The e-books are either works of fiction or collections of poetry.
- No statements or opinions stated on the “Posts” page may be treated as advice and carry no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness for your particular situation. AA Books takes no responsibility for any action taken based on the contents of this website or of the e-books purchased from here.
- When you purchase access to the e-books, you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the e-books purchased or your login details with anyone else.
- Return, refund and cancellation policy: Our policy is not to offer any refunds because of the very nature of e-books. Should you consider your situation to merit special attention, please get in touch with us and we shall consider your request on a case-by-case basis. In the event that we decide to issue a refund, your access to the website and the e-books previously purchased will be revoked.
- Delivery policy: e-books bought through this website are downloadable from the website in the format chosen.
- AA Books provides no guarantee of availability of the web server or hosting of the AA Books. In the event of continued unavailability, AA Books will provide the purchased e-book via email if it has not been downloaded.
- Prohibited where illegal.
- You are responsible for any local sales taxes or duties, other than the sales tax payable in the State of Maryland, USA.
- AA Books reserves the right to vary these terms from time to time. If you choose not to accept updated terms, access to the service will be revoked.

- Privacy: we take your privacy very seriously. If you opt in to receive information about related e-books from AA Books, we will occasionally email you about that. Other than that, we will only contact you in direct relation to the items you have purchased from us. We will never sell or rent your details.
